5-4-Nowt… 5 unplanned birthday things

Here are five things I hadn’t expected to happen, and have to deal with, on my birthday today.

1. Smash the last spare kitchen spot bulb AND break the light fitting in the en suite. 

2. Make a failed trip to the local DIY shop.

3. Make a failed trip to Homebase.

4. Make a slightly more successful trip to B&Q.

5. Fight with, and ultimately defeat, the en suite light fitting.
